Emminger, Hyatt, Newton & Pigeon, Inc. was founded in 1986 as a commercial and industrial appraisal and consulting firm.  Subsequently, the residential division of the company was formed so that they would be better able to service their clientele.  As real estate appraising is more dependent on the individual performing the appraisal and consulting work than the firm, it has always been their intention to build an appraisal and support staff that has the highest regard for quality.
