Hart Hotels, Inc. is the developer, owner and manager of hotels and restaurants.  They operate franchise, franchise affiliated, independent and boutique hotels.

Their branded hotels are Holiday Inn, Hotel Indigo, Holiday Inn Express and Hawthorne Suites.  In addition to their branded hotels, they manage and operate upscale boutique hotels, resort hotels, condo-style and independent hotels.

They own and manage independent, upscale and their own brand restaurants in many areas of the country.  They are familiar with restaurants located in hotels and freestanding restaurants in diverse locations. 

Hart Hotels, Inc. was established in 1985 by William P. Hart, currently Chairman of the Board.  The current President and CEO is David P. Hart.
