LOAN SERVICING & ADMINISTRATION

Largo has serviced commercial real estate loans since its inception in 1989 and its Principal, Gary Coscia, has been involved in originations and servicing since 1977.  Largo currently manages a servicing portfolio of approximately $1.5 Billion in assets for some of the most substantial financial institutions.  Through the use of REALSynergy® and Largo's proprietary web-based system (CREDIT), Largo is able to efficiently monitor these loans in accordance with lender requirements.  Largo's team of professionals provides exceptional service to both its borrowers and lenders.  Largo consistently ranks as the highest rated Servicer for its Investors.
